1. Your listings must be accurate Everything you publish — origin, process, grade, harvest year, certification and available volume — must be true of the goods you will actually ship. Photographs must be of your own product. Listings are reviewed before going live, and a listing that misdescribes goods can be removed at any time.

2. You can supply what you list Do not list a volume you cannot deliver, or a minimum order you are not willing to honour. If your availability changes, update or archive the listing. Repeatedly failing to fulfil accepted orders can suspend your account.

3. Your trading documents are genuine and current Your trade licence, export permit and any certification you claim must be valid and belong to your business. Our team reviews each document when it is submitted and may ask for fresh copies when they expire. A certification is shown on your profile only after its document has been uploaded and approved, and never as an ADD Coffee certification. Submitting a document that is not yours ends the account permanently.

4. Commission is deducted from each order ADD Coffee takes a single commission on the value of each order. There is no separate platform fee. The rate that applies to you depends on your plan and is shown on every order before you accept it — what reaches your wallet is always the amount after commission.

5. Escrow orders pay out after the buyer confirms Buyers may choose escrow protection on any order. On those orders the money is held by us, not paid to you on dispatch, and is released when the buyer confirms delivery or automatically 24 hours after delivery. If the buyer raises a claim the funds stay frozen until the claim is decided.

6. You ship promptly and add tracking Dispatch accepted orders within the timeframe stated on your listing and add a tracking number when you do. Buyers are notified automatically. Orders marked shipped without tracking are flagged to you and to our team.

7. Business stays on the platform Do not use buyer contact details to take a transaction off ADD Coffee, and do not send unsolicited approaches. Quotes, samples and orders exist so the price, terms and delivery record are on file if anything is disputed later.

8. How we handle your information We store your company details, documents and trading history to run the marketplace and meet our own legal obligations. Verification documents are held privately and are never published or shared with buyers. You can ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be closed at any time.
